It wasn’t through trawling internet blogs and YouTube videos that I found this solution, it was actually from inspecting the remote carefully. I went through an array of different fixes to try and get this remote working again but then finally I had a brainwave and managed to bring the remote back to life. If the charge is low, you can charge the Siri remote for 30 minutes with the lightning cable, then remove and try it again. Pick Remote and look at the “ Battery Level” indicator for the percentage.You will need to tap the remote icon from the menu to detect the remote or tap Choose a TV and select the Apple TV of interest from the list.
